How do I pick my size?

Go by height. Junior Wave fits kids up to 4'5". Big Wave fits anyone 4'5" and taller, up to around 6'2". If you're between sizes — right around 4'5" — we recommend sizing up to Big Wave. The extra room makes it more comfortable to curl up, tuck your feet in, and pull the hood low.

Is it actually warm or just a novelty?

It's actually warm. The flannel fleece is double-layered with real weight to it — closer to a thick winter throw than a thin costume. Most people don't need an extra blanket once they're zipped in.

Can I walk around in it?

Yes. The sleeping-bag cut gives your legs room to move. Walking from the couch to the kitchen, answering the door, grabbing a snack — all easy. It's not a stand-still costume.

Does it shed or pill after washing?
