How do I pick my size?

It's one-size-fits-most thanks to the stretch nylon — fits arms from slim to athletic. If you're between regular and muscular build, it'll feel snug-but-comfortable either way. If your bicep is over 16″, the sleeve will still fit but sit tighter. When in doubt, the snug fit actually helps it stay up better through the day.

Will it stay up on my arm?

Yes. The stretch nylon hugs the bicep without pinching, and the cuff at the wrist holds the sleeve in place. Tested through riding, golf swings, and full-sweat days — it stays where you put it.

Does it really block 98% of UV rays?

The fabric is rated UPF 50+, which by definition blocks at least 98% of UVA and UVB rays. Unlike sunscreen, you don't reapply — the protection is the fabric itself, and it holds for the full day until you take the sleeve off.

Does it look like a real tattoo from a distance?

From a few feet away — yes. The Japanese-style designs are printed in full color with detailed shading, and they read as ink on the arm. Up close you'll see the fabric, but in photos and casual interactions, most people don't clock it.

Can I swim and work out in it?
