Will it really stay put on my counter?
Yes. Twist the red knob on any clean, smooth surface — granite, quartz, glass, sealed wood — and the vacuum base locks down. It won't shift while you're pulling a blade through. Twist back to release.
Will it work on all my kitchen knives?
